2. Products and information
We take reasonable care with descriptions, dimensions, colours and images. Screen settings and natural materials can cause variation. Check product and packaged dimensions, access and assembly requirements before ordering.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before you place the order. Payment is taken using the methods offered at checkout.
4. Placing an order
Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement does not mean we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we send acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if stock or pricing is incorrect, payment is not authorised, delivery is unavailable or purchase limits apply; any payment taken will be refunded.
5. Delivery
We normally process orders in 1-2 working days and standard delivery usually takes a further 4-7 working days. See the Delivery Information page for access, charges, split deliveries and delays. Risk passes to a consumer when the goods come into their physical possession or that of a person they identify to receive them.
6. Cancellation and returns
Consumers purchasing at a distance usually have a 30-day cancellation period for eligible goods. The Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to cancel, return goods, refund timing, return costs and statutory exceptions and forms part of these terms.
7. Faulty goods
Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Contact us if you believe an item is faulty, damaged or misdescribed. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Guarantees
Any commercial guarantee shown on a product page is additional to statutory rights. Scope, duration, exclusions and claim steps are explained on the Warranty page and relevant product page.
9. Liability
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. For consumers, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach. We are not responsible for business losses where goods are bought as a consumer.
10. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will keep you informed where appropriate. Consumer cancellation and refund rights remain available where the law provides them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. A consumer may bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable consumer law. This clause does not remove mandatory protections in the part of the UK where the consumer lives.
