Delivery charges
The available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout after you enter your postcode. Large or heavy furniture, remote postcodes and offshore destinations may have different charges or availability. We will contact you before dispatch if a service is unavailable for your address.
Before delivery
Please check access through gates, doors, hallways, staircases and lifts against the packaged dimensions. Unless an assembly or room-of-choice service is explicitly included, delivery is to the location stated by the selected checkout service.
Delays and missed deliveries
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date. Severe weather, access restrictions and courier disruption can cause delays. If you miss a scheduled delivery, the courier may charge for another attempt where this was disclosed in advance.
Inspecting your order
Check the number and apparent condition of packages at delivery. If possible, note visible damage with the courier. Keep packaging and photograph any issue before assembly, then contact us promptly. Your statutory rights are not affected.
