Selected furniture includes a two-year commercial guarantee against manufacturing faults from the delivery date when this is stated on the product page.
What is normally covered
- Manufacturing faults in frames, joints, mechanisms and supplied components.
- Defects present at delivery or developing during normal domestic use within the guarantee period.
What is not normally covered
- Normal wear, fading, natural variation or settling of fillings.
- Accidental damage, misuse, commercial use, unsuitable storage, incorrect assembly or failure to follow care instructions.
- Damage caused by moisture, heat, weather or cleaning products where the product is not designed for those conditions.
- Unauthorised alterations or repairs.
Making a claim
Email care@charlottevane.co.uk with your order number, a description, photographs and any batch label. We may ask for further evidence or arrange inspection. A valid claim may be resolved by repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy.
This commercial guarantee is additional to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
